It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Kidd Penick of Baltimore, Maryland, born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on April 29, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon; and her daughter Cindy Georgeanne Woods. She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Kay Woods (Ron Payne), Kathy Woods Fogleman and Elizabeth Foster Woods (Betsy); and her stepchildren, Gordon F. Penick, Jr. (Ruth), Joseph Bernard Penick (Nancy) and Blair Penick McIlwain. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
