She was predeceased by: her husband Alexander Demby. She is survived by: her siblings, John Myers Jr., Bernice Myers, Beatrice Chase (Myers), Betsy Johns (Myers), Jim Myers and Eugene Myers; her children, Earnest Myers, Betsy Boyd (Demby), John Demby, Charles Demby, Bernice Jones (Demby) and Peggy Demby; her godsons, Darnell and Johnny; her sister Alfreda Miles; her great grandchildren, Tyanna Isreal and Jamal Hawkins; and her grandsons, Phillip, Levon, Norris and Clifton. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
