He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Phillips and Brenda Phillips (Thwaite); and his stepfather Kenneth Goodman. He is survived by: his son Michael Lee Phillips of Baltimore, MD; his brothers, Steven Phillips of Lakeland, FL, William Phillips of Timonium, MD and James Phillips of Westminster, MD; his stepsiblings, John Goodman of Savage, MD, Kenny Goodman of Parkville, MD, Terri Goodman of Westminster, MD and Dee Simmons of Abbottstown, PA; and his stepmother Deborah Phillips of Middle River, MD..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eline Funeral Home (934 S Main St, Hampstead, MD 21074). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
