Middleton; his stepchildren, William Hill (Kim) and Brittany Shanley (late Matt); his grandchildren, Zachary Barnes, Delaney Owens (Ryan), Julia, Olivia and Grace Shanley; his sisters, Jean (Gingie), Mary Lou Lindholm (late Dick) and Sally Saifer (Robert); his nephews, Greg Winkler, Mark Winkler (Sarah) and David Winkler (Mary); his niece Megan Rose (David); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maddie, Emily, Hannah, Ella, Elaina, Abbey, Grant, Gavin, Elizabeth Winkler, Sam and Anna Rose.
