He is survived by: his spouse Carol Miller Frost; his children, Christopher Frost, Tenny Frost and Hannah Frost; his stepchildren, Robert Miller, Douglas Miller, Carol Lewis and Kenneth Miller; and his sibling Virginia Pusey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
