It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dolores S. Malat (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Malat; and her siblings, Robert Sampson, William Sampson Jr. and Nancy Hinterberger. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Malat, Kenneth, Darlene Malat, Jeffrey, Stacey Malat and Lenore Malat; her grandchildren, Jennifer Malat, Brain, Emily Malat and Joshua Malat Wolfe; her great grandchildren, Henry Malat and Mae Malat; and her sister Antionette DeLeo. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. (1501 E Fort Ave, Baltimore, MD 21230). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Good Counsel Church (1532 E Fort Ave, Baltimore, MD 21230).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor and sent to Saint Martin's Home at 601 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, MD 21228.
