She was predeceased by: her husband Morton Sachs; her siblings, Adele Hyman and Leon Stein; and her parents, Sadie Stein and Morris Stein.
She is survived by: her children, Fred Sachs (Rebecca Elmaleh) and Ronnay Amernick (Stanley); her grandchildren, Melissa Amernick (Cory Hughes), Marcie Amerstein (Michael), Samara Levin (Mike), Julia Elmaleh-Sachs and Dr. Arielle Elmaleh-Sachs; and her great grandchildren, Emily, Jackson Amerstein, Brayden and Brielle Levin.
