She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Collins and Marion Collins (Theodore W. Hill); her significant other Theodore William Hill; her siblings, Thomas Collins (Sonny), Anitia Camper and Elizabeth Young; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Hill (Mazie) and Leroy Elliott.
She is survived by: her children, Felecia Carter (George Jr) and Dale Hill (Gloria) of Baltimore, MD; her grandchildren, Michael Hill Sr. Chardonnay Carter (Kimberly), George Carter, Mykel Hill of Baltimore, MD, Kendal Mitchell of Baltimore, MD, Michael Hill Jr. of Baltimore, MD and Skylar Lambert Max Hill of Baltimore, MD; her brother Don Juan Collin Sr. of Cambridge, MD; her brother-in-law Jerome Leven Hill of Baltimore, MD; her nieces and nephews, JoAnn Jones Atlanta (Bernard) of Georgia, Cherlyn Brace (Michael) of Baltimore, MD, Robyn Hill of Baltimore, MD, Brenda Spencer of Baltimore, MD, Carla Young of Cambridge, MD, Zaquisha Wilson of Cambridge, MD, Don Juan Collins Jr. (Gayle) of North Dakota and Darryl Hill Baltimore Md; her cousin Lena Bolden of Cambridge, MD; her godchildren, Diane Rone of Baltimore and Dexter Harrison of Baltimore; and her friends, Bertha Carter of Baltimore, MD, Iris Davis of Baltimore, MD, Randy Bell (Ann) of Baltimore, MD, Rev.
