He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Hazel Waddell; his children, Lisa Heitzer (Daniel, David Waddell) and Joseph Waddell (Merida); his grandchildren, Daniel Raymond Heitzer, Jr., Benjamin Andrew Heitzer, Amy Nicole Heitzer, Caleb David Waddell, Joseph Bradley Waddell and Anna Lee Waddell; and his great grandchildren, Peyton Elizabeth Heitzer and Nathan Lee Heitzer.
