Regina Ballinger (Al), Yvonne and Joseph; and her grandchildren, Nicole Poteat (Raymond), Constance Dulaney, Tavon Jones, Sr., Loretta Lawrence (Tarsha), Anthony Lawrence, Jr. (Kierra), Larry Lawrence, Jr. (Ashley), Ikiye, Tyree Williams, Quiran, Anidjah and Kiara Poteat.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Chatman-Harris Funeral Home West (5240-44 Reisterstown Rd, Baltimore, MD 21215). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
