He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Mester; his children, Christian Mester (Tina), Stephanie Mester and Erin Phillips (Richard); his grandchildren, Laney, Colin and Tess; his sisters, Susan, Beth (Mike) and Patty (Ken); and his brother-in-law Tim Ambrose (Tricia).
