She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Joey Ricci, Sr.; her children, Joey Ricci, Jr. and Ashley Shiflett; her siblings, Janice Plowman, Chuck Plowman and Jimmy Plowman; her grandchildren, Alexandria, Carlie and Rosalie; her great grandchild Xavier; and her friend Anthony August. She was also cherished by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. (1501 E Fort Ave, Baltimore, MD 21230).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made towards the funeral expenses.
