He is survived by: his wife Katherine Jeffries Fowlkes; his sister Lillian Fowlkes Person; his nephew Marc H. Holmes; his sister-in-law Bertha Rogers Looney; and his goddaughter Gail Bailey. He is also survived by many other relatives, neighbors and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fountain Baptist Church (1215 E Monument St, Baltimore, MD 21202). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
