With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carole Lichtenberg Walker of Baltimore, Maryland, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 3, 2024 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parent Lieutenant; her siblings, Brooks "Bill" Merriam Lichtenberg and Shirley Merriam Griffin; and her grandparents, Alfred B., Maude Strutt Merriam of Norfolk, Charles F. and Mary Felger Lichtenberg of Baltimore.
She is survived by: her husband H. Michael "Mickey" Walker; her sons, Bradford M. (Gina Cruz Walker) of Chesapeake, VA and Thomas S. Walker (Colin Stewart) of Washington, DC.; her granddaughters, Courtney Walker Anderson (Ryan Anderson) and Margaret M. Walker; her great grandchildren, Nadine A. Anderson and Elijah T. Anderson; and her family England. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
