With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Lois (Locklear) Biggs of Baltimore, Maryland, born in Lumberton, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 12, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Sydney, Rebecca and Frederick Gibson; her grandchildren, Laise, Dr. Joshua Levin, Ashley Epling and Tyler Gibson of Frederick Gibson, III.; and her great grandchildren, Noelle, Troy Harkless, Alexander, Bellamy Levin, Braylin, Frederick Gibson IIII and Kenleigh.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. (1501 E Fort Ave, Baltimore, MD 21230). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Loudon Park Cemetery (3620 Wilkens Ave, Baltimore, MD 21229).
