It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Barber (Baltimore, Maryland), who passed away on May 2, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Brannon and Martha Brannon; and her granddaughter Andrea. She is survived by: her children, Elzina, Will, Marsha, Joseph and Elvona; her son-in-law James McNeil; and her grandchildren, Ailsa, Lawrence, Anisha, Laetitica, Jeannette, James, Stacey, Tracey, Troya and Joseph Jr.. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
