He was predeceased by: his wife Damayanti Rani Chinniah; his parents, William Duncan Thurainayagam Chinniah and Mary Nesam Eliyathamby; and his siblings, William Arulnathan, Joyce Nesamalar, Gladys Navamalar and Nita Thiraviamalar.
He is survived by: his sons, David Chinniah (Renuka) and Tim Chinniah (Sharla); and his grandchildren, Analise and Joshua.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Faith Christian Fellowship (505 E 42nd St, Baltimore, MD 21201).
