She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hawkins and Grace Hawkins; and her husband Wilbert "Bill" Hilliard. She is survived by: her children, Rev. William Wingo, Sr. (Juanita), Barbara Richardson (George) and Stacy Ammons (Robert); her stepdaughter Lorna Hilliard; her grandchildren, Kelly Wingo-Jones (Kenny), Billy Wingo, Jr. (Desiree), Grace Wingo, Joshua Wingo, Erika Bell, Eryn Ammons and Eve Ammons; her stepgrandchildren, Precious Clark and Temira Martin; her great grandchildren, London Fields, Billy Wingo, Kelsey Jones, Kennedy Jones, Malcom Wingo and Ardyn Richardson; and her niece Kimberly Brunson. She is also survived by other relatives and special friend.
