It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Sorrell of Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 12, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Sorrell and Lilla Mae Sorrell (Moore); and his siblings, Melvin Sorrell, Richard Sorrell, Jerry Sorrell, Larry Sorrell, Leon Howell and Valencia Howell Stevens.

He is survived by: his children, Sharon Sorrell Folders (Adam) of Baltimore One and Samuel James Sorrell (Teressa); and his siblings, Patrenia Sorrell, Abu Radhi Muhammad, Gregory Howell of Baltimore and William Howell of Baltimore Five. He is also survived by Five grandchildren And three great-grandchildren.
