A public viewing will be held on December 12, 2023, from 5-7 PM, followed by a funeral service on December 13, 2023, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, both at Vaughn Greene Funeral Home located at 8728 Liberty Road, Baltimore, MD 21133.
