She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Rodney W. Hamilton; her parents, Norma Dulay and David Creswell; her stepfather Mike Pomroff; her children, Angel Jade Rhiannon Creswell (Malcolm L. Schlick) and Aiden David Michael Hamilton; her grandchild Kayce James Schlick; and also, Tasha Creswell and Lauren Creswell. She was also cherished by other loving aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made towards the funeral expenses.
