He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Watkins, Sr. and Mary Smith; his girlfriend Beatrice Herrington; and his siblings, Rosey, Florence, Dorothy, Mary, Gloria, Editha, Elizabeth and Albert.
He is survived by: his nephew Maurice; and his stepchildren, Rhonda, Loretta, Jay and Timmy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
