He is survived by: his parents, Donna Avara Bright (Christopher) and Michael Craig Smith (Jann); his siblings, Mathew Ryan, Catherine Elizabeth, Elizabeth and Benjamin; and his stepsisters, Rebecca and Rachel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Adam will be privately cremated, and the family is requesting any donations to be made to Ambrose Funeral Home to help offset cremation expenses.
