Rhodora Villegas Phillips Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2018, at the age of 65, Rhodora Villegas Phillips (Baldwin, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Andrew Villegas and Natividad Antonio. She is survived by: her parents, Lauro Gonzales Villegas and Antonina Santos Villegas; her husband Roy Phillips; her children, Rebecca Phillips Riemer (Justin) of Crownsville and Allan Phillips (Katherine) of Tucson, AZ; her grandchildren, Julia Rose Riemer and Paige Marie Riemer; and her siblings, Zoraida Del Pilar, Corazon Belen, Ophelia Osias, Lazaro Villegas, Lauro Villegas and Isidoro Villegas.

Also, in lieu of flowers, Rhodora would like to ask everyone to plant a tree in her memory.
