Kutlik (Horn); his stepchildren, Kasie Lynn Willis, Jacob Horn, Lucas and Patience; and his siblings, Joseph "Ed" Kutlik, Jo Anne Ibex and Dennis Kutlik. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews in addition to his other family members and friends.
