She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Henry Ragan and Gertrude McMillian of Virginia; her husband John Dennis "Junior" Raley, Jr.; her daughter Barbara A. Lacey (late William); her stepchildren, Denny Raley (Brenda) and Carol Ann Pingleton (late Wayne); and her siblings, Gordon Ragan, Fauna Sullivan, John and Paul. She was also cherished by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid -19, funeral services will be private.
