He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Gertrude Quade Lacey and George Albert Lacey; and his siblings, Joseph Lacey, Helen Seymour and Elizabeth "Puddin" Huseman.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Wathen Lacey; his children, Gloria Grinder (Ronnie) of Avenue, MD, Donna Faunce (Terry) of Leonardtown, MD, Cheryl Faunce (Dale) of Clements, MD, Karen Buckler (Timmy) of St. Leonard, MD and Francis "Rusty" Lacey, Jr. (Melissa) of Avenue, MD; his grandchildren, Joseph "TJ" Faunce (Tammy) and Amy Williams (Darrell); and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Landau-Long, Mia Young, Madison Faunce, Kyle Williams, Chloe Williams, Olivia Faunce and Nolan Faunce.
Due to COVID-19, the Funeral Service and Interment will be private.
