It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Armando Ortiz Menendez (Aspen Hill, Maryland), who passed away on July 11, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Maria Elena Menendez; his children, Sergio Menendez, Eddy G. Menendez, Mynor Armando Menendez, Atrid M. Mezger and Johnny M. Menendez; and his siblings, Francisco Menendez and Antonio Ortiz.
