He is survived by: his wife Bettie Dailey Kibbe; his children, James Kibbe, Jr. (Ranta) of Laytonsville, MD and Linda Addison (Daniel) of Germantown, MD.; and his sister Rose Gulick of New Jersey. He is also survived by four grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
