He was predeceased by: his spouse Bulah Viola Bishop; his parents, Blair Johnson and Velma Johnson (Steffey); and his son Richard Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Joanne Aschenbach (William), David Johnson (Brenda) and Michael Johnson (Brenda B.); his siblings, Wade Johnson and Opal Monroe; and his grandsons, Conrad, Lawson, Dustin, David and Connor.
