He was predeceased by: his father Mark Shawn Hetrick. He is survived by: his mother Jackie Lyn; his wife Allyson; his children, Kaiden and Colette; and his siblings, Craig and Katelyn. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles, his loving in-laws, his niece, and hundreds of friends.
