He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sharon; his children, Christopher Mann (Jennifer) of Severna Park and Cynthia Enoiu (Andrei) of Ossining, NY; and his brother Jesse Mann (Victoria) of Virginia Beach, VA. F.
