He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Van Mitchell and Marie Mitchell (Cadle); and his former wife Elizabeth Mitchell (Hayes). He is survived by: his children, Dee (Mitchell), Bush (Bill) of York, PA, Rayborne G. Mitchell II (Kim) of Arnold, MD and Michael J. Mitchell of Mechanicsburg, PA.; and his grandchildren, Alec, Tristin, Michael Jr., Sarah and Caitlin.
