He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Haze Pack (Williamson) and Ralph Leman Pack; and his brother Charles R. Pack. He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Pack (Sandy); his daughters, Amy Humphries of Arlington, VA and Catherine E. Denton of Madison, AL; and his sister Suanna Pack Pruitt of Gallatin, TN..
