She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Lytton and Helen Marie Patterson; and her grandchildren, Christopher Drexel Flaherty II, Spencer Malloy Flaherty, Caitlin Michelle Galey, Thomas Finn Flaherty and Kiley Elsie Flaherty.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer, Daniel Bouvier Flaherty, Christopher Drexel Flaherty (Rhonda), Geoffrey Sauve Flaherty (Kate) and Andrew Sandfield Flaherty.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Raphael (1513 Dunster Rd, Rockville, MD 20854). A burial was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (2025 Old Gulph Rd, Villanova, PA 19085).
