He is survived by: his son Joseph Henson Jr.; his sister Amanda Hinton; his grandchildren, Antinino Henson (Vanessa), Nekeidra Cromwell, Terrell Cromwell and Mark Smith; his great grandchildren, Phoenix, London, Dakota, Denneishja, Kenneth, Amari and Arbre; his great great grandchildren, Channing, Kalani, Kaleb and Khion; his son-in-law Bobby Cromwell; and his close friends, William Stansbury, Barbara Tucker, Mary Daniels and Christie Brown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
