It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn B. Hallmark of Arnold, Maryland, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Joe Hallmark (B. J.); and her children, Andy Hallmark (Micelle) of Arnold, Maryland and Kathleen Brown (Sam) of La Grande, Oregon.. She is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
