We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2023, at the age of 94, James Frank Katlic of Arnold, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Charles James Katlic; his daughter Karen; and his siblings, Marie, Charles, Evelyn, Helen and Elizabeth.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Juanita Sands-Katlic; and his children, James F. Jr. (Celeste), Alan J., Sharon L. Thomas (George) and Bernadette E. Jones (Dave). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
