He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie O'Toole and Jack Frost Davis Sr. Jack; his former wife Catherine Davis; his son Jack Frost Davis III; and his sisters, Sis and Thelma.
He is survived by: his wife Georgia Liakos-Davis; his daughter Sandra C Balk; his stepchildren, Maria Gregory, Karena Liakos, Diana Liakos, Tara Hines, Rick Riccitelli and Ron Riccitelli; his grandchildren, Jennifer C Wallace, Wendy Riccitelli, Vicki Riccitelli, Stephanie M Balk, Ron Jr., Kimberly Riccitelli, Michelle T Balk and William C Balk IV; his stepgrandchildren, Dakota Hines, Zion Hines, Zoe Hines, Seth Gregory and Megan Gregory; and his great grandchildren, Dominic Riccitelli, Devin Riccitelli, Kristina L Wallace, Robert J Swain Jr., Kaylee Kling, Hunter Riccitelli, Gabriel Riccitelli, Brandon M Swain, Katrina M Abbott, Dylan T Missimer, Shaun W MacCartney, Tre Riccitelli, Ryland Riccitelli and Andrew T Swain.
