With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Welsh Jr. of Arnold, Maryland, born in South Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on June 12, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Welsh and Genevieve Welsh. He is survived by: his wife Sally Lowe of Arnold; his daughter Lindsay Welsh of Pasadena; his stepchildren, Casey Lowe Harlowe of Alexandria, VA and Chris Lowe of Arnold; and his brothers, Thomas Welsh of Pasadena, Charles "Bunky" Welsh of Pasadena and William Welsh of Catonsville.
