She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Raymond T. Randall (Teresa) and Russell T. Randall; her grandchildren, Ryan, Rachel, Robin and Andrew Randall; her parents, William Basil and Laura Taylor; and her siblings, Patricia Kelleher, Francis Taylor, Richard Taylor and Gerald "Hoot" Taylor.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be a private service at Asbury United Methodist Church in Arnold, MD at 11:00 am on Monday, October 5, 2020.
