He is survived by: his wife Melanie; his children, Zoe, Ivy and Bennett; his pets, Momo and Spaghetti; his parents, Ellen and Bob; his siblings, Johanna and Andrew (Christin); his grandmother Ruth; and his parents-in-law, Barbara and Chuck Markham. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
