He is survived by: his spouse Jody Novak; his children, Thomas John Novak, Jr., Sharon Novak and Michael Novak, Sr. (Denise Novak); his grandchildren, Thomas John Novak, III, Ashley Novak, John Orem, Jr. and Michael Novak, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Thomas John Novak, IV, Aamiyah Hamlen, Kason Novak and Kinlee Hamlen; and his siblings, Joseph Novak (Patty), Pete Novak (Connie) and Mildred Sweeny (late Joe). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
