He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Sullivan and James Hawk, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Raymond Hawk, Jr. and Saranna Hawk; his grandchild London Hawk; and his siblings, Mary Hawk, Jamie Hawk and Donna Sullivan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
