It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Bertrand (Arbutus, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 17, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Melvin Bertrand, Edward Bertrand, Arthur Bertrand and Frances Braithwaite. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Bertrand; his children, Bill Bertrand (Pam), Tom Bertrand (Lisa) and Linda Payne; his grandchildren, Steve (Gaby), Mike, Lauren, Ryan, Robby, Claire and Ben; his great grandchildren, Lila, Steve, Jr. and Jheremy; and his sibling Mildred Busick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
