He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Hubbard and William Hubbard; and his brother William P. Hubbard, Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Georgeann Hubbard; his children, Brenda Jones (Bradley), Susan Menefee, Eric Hubbard (Rachael) and Kathryn Conrad (Steven); his grandchildren, Georgia, Olivia, Emilia, Nate, Lea, Sam, Kathryn, Madison, Isabelle, William, Madeline and Allison; his siblings, Ethelyn McKenzie (Carl) and Dorothy Hubbard-Sinha (Pardeep); his nieces and nephews, Carl McKenzie, Jr., Sharon McKenzie, Shelley Sinha and Neal Sinha; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Devynn, Coale, Sarah and Kian; and his brother-in-law George Jenkins.
