She was predeceased by: her husband John Smith; and her sister Jane Velton. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Smith, MD (Kathleen), Stephen Smith (Lynn), Brian Smith (Susan), Kevin Smith (Susan) and Claire Koerner (Dennis); her grandchildren, Stephen Smith (Danielle), Stephanie Moody (Grant), Gregory Smith, Brent Smith (Joanita), Brandon Smith, Tyler Lease, Jason Smith, Andrew Smith (Maria), Matthew Lease, Conner Smith, Meghan Jackson (Trei) and Benjamin Smith; her great grandchildren, Rylee Lease, Paige Moody, Kaitlyn Moody, Luke Smith, Kyle Moody, Mariah Lease, Reese Jackson and Maddox Lease; and her siblings, Kathleen Beck and Joseph Simmons. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Elizabeth's memory to St. Joseph's Nursing Home, 1222 Tugwell Dr, Catonsville, MD 21228.
