He was predeceased by: his child Lindsay Marie Smith; his siblings, Shirley, Billy, Penny and Sharon; and his granddaughter Nicole.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Smith; his children, Edward K. Smith, Jr., Vicky Neville and Amy Musgrove-LaPenna (Nick); his brother Robert; his grandchildren, Lauren, Courtney, Norman, Justin and Ava; his great grandchildren, Joshua, Jayceon and Brantley; and his pet Patches. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Due to current restrictions only 50 people are allowed in the building at one time and a face mask is required.
