She was predeceased by: her mother Eleanora Brooks. She is survived by: her father Augustus Brooks, Jr.; her siblings, Claudia (late Howard), Carolyn (Francis), Rachel (James), Victoria, Vera, Leslie, Angela, Andrica, Eric (Monica), Darnell (Yolanda) and Christopher; her aunts, Beatrice and Catherine; and her goddaughter LaShawnda. She is also survived by twenty-eight nieces and nephews; sixteen great nieces and nephews, two great-great nieces and one great-great nephew, and a host of relatives.
