He was predeceased by: his sisters, Fannie Randall and Elizabeth Webb. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Tucker Swanson of Annapolis; his stepchildren, Paula Marie Paddock (Kirk) of Deale, Lori Vidsens (Tim) of Deale, Jeffrey Eastman (Fran) of Bunn, NC and Scott Eastman of Annapolis; and his siblings, Mary Jane Smith, Virginia Smith, Annie Jordan (Dennis) and Donald Swanson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
